Membership Details:
- Term: Each membership tier requires a 6-month commitment.
- Active Skin Gym Memberships:
- Automatic Billing: Your card will be charged monthly on the same date as your initial sign-up.
- Non-Refundable: The 6-month membership fee is non-refundable.
- Non-Transferrable: Benefits cannot be transferred to other patients.
- Credit Rollover: Unused credits roll over month-to-month and can accumulate for up to 6 months, provided your account remains in good standing. Credits expire 30 days after membership cancellation.

- Cancellation: You may cancel within 30 days of signing up by emailing info@spaaesthetica.com.
- Member’s Health Warranty and Information Accuracy: By enrolling, you confirm you’re in good health and fully responsible for your participation. You agree to indemnify Spa Aesthetica against any liability from your use of the facilities.
- Liabilities and Obligations: Members must adhere to late cancel/no-show policies; fees apply. Spa Aesthetica is not liable for personal property loss or damage.
- Membership Revocation: Spa Aesthetica reserves the right to revoke membership at any time for any reason, providing pro-rata refunds as appropriate.

- Spa Aesthetica reserves the right to modify membership terms with prior notice via email or on our website. Continued use post-notification signifies acceptance of the new terms.
